Toby Walls

Toby Walls is a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Engineer currently at Sano Genetics since December 2023. Previously, Toby worked at Credera UK from July 2018 to December 2023, holding multiple roles including Data Platform Engineer and Platform Engineer, where accomplishments included the development of fault-tolerant, scalable big-data pipelines in AWS, leading to significant reductions in data processing runtimes and improvements in platform stability. Toby's expertise encompasses a range of technologies such as Terraform, AWS EMR, and Apache tools, with a strong background in mentoring teams on CI/CD practices. Toby holds a degree from the University of Birmingham, having attended from September 2015 to August 2019, and completed secondary education at Aylesbury Grammar School from 2008 to 2015.
