Gaël Chatelain

Gaël Chatelain is the Head of Tax for M&A, Business Development & Legal Restructuring at Sanofi, where they plan and analyze tax aspects of acquisitions, restructurings, and partnerships. Gaël has extensive experience in tax law, having served as a Tax lawyer at AyacheSalama and held multiple trainee positions at prestigious firms such as Ernst & Young, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Baker & McKenzie. They earned a Master’s degree in Law from Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and a postgraduate degree in Tax from Université Paris Dauphine.
