Jean-Baptiste de Courson

Jean-Baptiste de Courson serves as the Head of Operations for Digital and Shared Services in Global Regulatory Affairs at Sanofi, leading a team of 180 FTEs across over 20 countries and managing a budget exceeding 20 million euros annually. Previous roles at Sanofi include Chief of Staff for Global Regulatory Affairs, overseeing strategy alignment for over 83 R&D projects yearly and managing a team of more than 1600 collaborators globally. Jean-Baptiste's experience also encompasses leading the Consumer Healthcare division's CTO strategy and IT transformation initiatives, improving operational efficiencies and significant cost savings. Prior to Sanofi, Jean-Baptiste held various leadership positions at BearingPoint and Capgemini Consulting, focusing on IT transformation for global organizations across multiple industries. Jean-Baptiste holds a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School and a Master's degree in Modern History from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
