Lane Wilson

Lane Wilson serves as the Vice President and Head of US Business Operations and Shared Services at Sanofi since April 2015, previously holding the position of Associate Vice President for US Marketing in Immunology-Respiratory. Wilson leads the marketing strategy and launch planning for dupilumab and other immunology assets, ensuring comprehensive P&L accountability. Prior experience includes 23 years at Novartis, culminating in the role of Executive Director of Marketing for the COPD Respiratory portfolio, where a significant strategic plan was developed for future product launches. Additional roles at Novartis included leadership in marketing and sales, as well as brand strategy development for products such as Exelon Patch and Enablex. Wilson's early career featured multiple ascending roles, starting from Territory Sales Specialist to Director of Sales in Respiratory & Dermatology. Educational credentials include a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas.
