Lincy Thomas George

Lincy Thomas George currently serves as the Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs for Oncology at Sanofi, overseeing a team focused on hematology, solid tumors, and cell therapy portfolios since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lincy held the Vice President position for Global Regulatory Affairs at Simcere Pharmaceutical Group, managing oncology and immunology portfolios from August 2022 to May 2023. As Executive Director and Oncology Team Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb, Lincy contributed to talent planning and participated in enterprise-wide initiatives from January 2021 to July 2022. Lincy’s earlier experience at Novartis included roles such as Global Regulatory Therapeutic Area Lead for melanoma and regulatory leadership for various cancer programs, with an extensive career spanning from July 2003 to January 2021. Lincy holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Pharm.D. from Rutgers University.
