Lynda M. Cristiano

Lynda M. Cristiano is a seasoned executive in the biopharmaceutical sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Therapeutic Area Head for Immunology and Inflammation at Sanofi since January 2018, after previously leading Rare Blood Disorders. Prior to Sanofi, Lynda held the position of Vice President MD and Executive Director, Global Head of Pharmacovigilance at Bioverativ, where Lynda was instrumental in establishing a pharmacovigilance organization during its transition from a parent company. Lynda’s extensive background includes roles at Biogen focusing on safety and risk management, as well as clinical experience as an attending physician and instructor at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School, specializing in pulmonary critical care. Lynda earned a Doctor of Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed residency training at Harvard Medical School, complemented by a BSN from the University of Michigan.
