Madeleine Roach

Madeleine Roach has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Business Operations at Sanofi since January 2022, Madeleine also holds the title of Senior Vice President for Group Internal Audit and Risk Management. Prior to this position, Madeleine spent over seven years at AstraZeneca, where roles included Head of Global Finance Services for Asia-Pacific and Financial Controller for Europe, among others, concluding with Chair of the Supervisory Board at AstraZeneca GmbH. Madeleine's earlier career involved positions at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers in finance advisory and consulting roles, as well as an economic analyst position at Thomson Reuters. Madeleine holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Politics from SOAS University of London.
