Robb Solenday

Robb Solenday is an accomplished HR leader with 20 years of experience in guiding HR functions across a variety of organizations, from small publicly traded companies to large multinationals such as Merck and Sanofi. Currently serving as the HR Director at Sanofi, Robb supports diverse client groups and leads M&A activities, including the recent EuroAPI spinoff. Previously, Robb held significant roles at Koppers, Linde, and Merck, where they spearheaded various HR initiatives that resulted in substantial cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency. Robb holds an M.A. in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and PHR.
