Amey Bandekar

Amey Bandekar is an Associate Director in Drug Product Development at Sanofi. Prior to this role, Bandekar held positions as a Senior Scientist at Shire and as a Post Doctoral Associate at Rutgers University. Bandekar's experience includes developing targeted liposomal formulations for anti-vascular therapy, loading nanoparticles with chemotherapeutic drugs and radionuclides, and designing lipid-based nanocarriers for drug delivery. With a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University, Bandekar also has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Mumbai, India.
