Ben Lin is a Global Project Head in I&I Early Development at Sanofi, where they currently drive the development of early-stage assets, including SAR445399 and SAR446422, both in Phase 1 trials. Previously, they served as a Director of Portfolio Decision Resources at Sanofi from 2017 to 2020 and held the position of Senior Engagement Manager at L.E.K. Consulting from 2011 to 2017. Ben began their career as an Equity Research Intern at Leerink Swann in 2010. They earned a BS from the University of Rochester, followed by a PhD and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
