Bill Kibit

Bill Kibit is the Head of External Manufacturing North America at Sanofi, where they are responsible for all small molecule products produced by contract manufacturing organizations in North America. With a strong background in supply chain operations, Bill has held various leadership roles, including Supply Chain Director and Global Supply Chain Director, where they successfully managed diverse product portfolios and established key business planning. Bill’s extensive experience spans over three decades, beginning with roles in purchasing and planning at C&K Components and 3M/MicroTouch. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Mount Washington College and continuously seek to enhance supply chain performance through strategic planning and best practice processes.
