Dr. Michael Caspers is currently the Head of Strategy & Project Portfolio Management at Sanofi. With a background that includes various leadership roles such as Head of Biologics Platform Strategy Implementation and Laboratory Head Microbiology, they have significantly contributed to project management and risk management within the company. Dr. Caspers earned their PhD in Biology from Forschungszentrum Jülich and also holds a PhD in Biology from Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
