Elisabeth Niemoeller

Elisabeth Niemoeller is a seasoned professional in drug development, currently serving as Senior Global Project Head at Sanofi since October 2006, where leadership roles have included overseeing multiple Global Project Teams and guiding the strategic scope of development projects. With extensive expertise in regulatory interactions and the drug approval processes across various regions, including the US, Europe, Japan, and China, Elisabeth has fostered close collaborations with Global Brand and Medical teams while also focusing on team management and personal development. Prior positions include Global Project Head, Clinical Lead, and Clinical Research Director at Merz Pharmaceuticals, as well as roles in Medical Affairs at Aventis. Elisabeth holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Goethe University Frankfurt, earned between 1983 and 1989.
