Hamid Mattoo

Hamid Mattoo is a Director of Precision Medicine at Sanofi, a position held since January 2018, previously serving as Senior Principal Scientist with a focus on Translational Research, Biomarker Discovery, and Precision Medicine. Prior to Sanofi, Hamid Mattoo worked at Massachusetts General Hospital from November 2014 to December 2017 as a Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist, contributing to original research in Human Immunology, Autoimmune Diseases, and Cancer of the Lymphocytes, while leading multiple research projects. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Fellow at Mass Gen Hospital's Cancer Center from December 2009 to September 2014. Hamid Mattoo holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from the National Institute of Immunology (2004-2009) and a BSc and MSc in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from Aligarh Muslim University (1999-2004).
