Ileena M.

Ileena M. is currently serving as a Product Lead at Sanofi, where they lead the Biologics AI Moonshot initiative to advance biologics R&D through AI/ML and data platforms. Previously, Ileena held positions as a Bioinformatics Research Scholar at the University of California, San Diego, where they designed computational methods for genomics analysis and published a first-author paper in Nature. Their earlier experiences include roles as a Statistical Genetics Researcher at the University of California San Francisco and a Software Engineer in Test at Momentive.ai. Ileena has also interned in bioinformatics at Ancestry and Illumina. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and hold a Ph.D. and a Micro-MBA from the University of California, San Diego.
