Joern Moeckel

Joern Moeckel is the Head of Drug Product Technology Transfer at Sanofi, where they establish schemes for late-stage development and industrialization of drug products. They previously held roles at Roche and Weimer Pharma GmbH, including Laboratory Head of Parenteral Development and Head of Business Unit Pharmaceutical Development, respectively. At Sanofi, they served as Head of Industrial Development and Innovation Injectables and now focus on technology transfer for various drug products. Joern also worked at Boehringer Mannheim overseeing solid dosage forms development and contributed as Managing Director Operations at Weimer Pharma GmbH. Joern continues their education at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf.
