Kimberly Matheson

Kimberly Matheson has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, primarily at Sanofi since November 2002, where roles have included Head of Global Vaccine CMC Development & Supply and Global Project Lead for New Vaccine Strategy & Execution. Matheson has successfully led high-performing, interdisciplinary teams in the development and execution of vaccine strategies, emphasizing risk management and stakeholder engagement. Additional positions include Sr. Director of Product R&D Management Office, where strategic governance and resource allocation were optimized, as well as various leadership roles in Operations and Performance for Bioprocess R&D. Matheson also contributed to outsourcing strategy and process development, beginning as an Associate Scientist. Engagement with Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre includes serving on the Board of Directors. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto and certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
