Lane Wilson

Lane Wilson serves as the Vice President and Head of US Business Operations and Shared Services at Sanofi since April 2015, previously holding the position of Associate Vice President for US Marketing in Immunology and Respiratory. At Sanofi, Lane has overseen new product planning and launch strategies, including the development of strategic frameworks and full P&L accountability. Prior to Sanofi, Lane accumulated over two decades of experience at Novartis, culminating in the role of Executive Director of Marketing for COPD Respiratory, where responsibilities included leading the US commercial head for the COPD portfolio and launching Arcapta Neohaler. Lane's career trajectory at Novartis featured various roles from marketing director to sales leadership, demonstrating a consistent record of driving strategic planning and achieving sales objectives. Lane holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas.
