Manas Behera is the Head of Quality Services at Sanofi, where they are dedicated to maintaining high product quality standards to ensure patient safety and efficacy of medicines. With over 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Manas has developed strong expertise in regulatory compliance and quality management systems. Previously, at Bristol Myers Squibb, they held the position of Associate Director CMC Materials, and prior to that, they contributed significantly to quality assurance roles at companies such as Novartis and Aurobindo Pharma. Manas earned an MBA in Marketing from Osmania University and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
