Marilyne Failly

Marilyne Failly is currently the Head of the MTech Fermentation Upstream Pilote unit at Sanofi Pasteur, where they lead projects in bioproduction. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of USP Manager at Merck Life Science, overseeing upstream project management and providing technical support to various teams. Prior to that, Marilyne served as a Mammalian Cell Culture Manager at PX'Therapeutics, where they focused on quality assurance and training. Their early career included experience as a Process Development Supervisor at Transgene, managing vaccine production processes for clinical studies. Marilyne holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from ENSTBB.
