Meredith Tierney

Meredith Tierney is a Senior Director of US Corporate Social Responsibility & Community Relations at Sanofi, having previously held the position of Director in the same department. Tierney serves on the Advisory Board on Leadership in Community Investment at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, contributing to a nationwide forum of advanced CSR professionals. Prior experience includes roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities encompassed leading global philanthropy initiatives, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce as part of the City Awake Advisory Board. Tierney has also led corporate fundraising efforts at Boston Ballet and managed grant allocation at the John F.
