Nancy Rowe

Nancy Rowe is an experienced marketing and commercial strategy professional with a strong background in brand and product management. Currently, as the LATAM Brand Lead for RSV at Sanofi, Nancy has held various roles including Sr Product Manager and Chief of Staff for Vaccines, overseeing trade marketing and aligning commercial strategies across multiple healthcare franchises. Prior to Sanofi, Nancy worked at PepsiCo for six years, where positions included Commercial Strategy Manager and Shopper Marketing Manager, focusing on strategic alignment and execution for key brands in self-service and convenience channels. Earlier experience includes roles at KlassCo as a Sales Analyst and an internship at Henkel in marketing. Nancy holds a degree in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey and studied at the American Business School in Paris.
