Olivier Lafont

Olivier Lafont is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in finance and operational excellence, primarily at Sanofi since December 1995. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Control for Manufacturing & Supply, Olivier is responsible for internal control processes and risk mitigation in manufacturing operations. Previous roles at Sanofi include Deputy Head of Finance overseeing the globalization of support functions, Senior Director of Operational Excellence in Finance for Global Industrial Affairs, and Project Director for Europe Shared Services, where significant cost savings were achieved. Prior to Sanofi, Olivier held finance positions at Ela Medical Germany, KPMG Audit, and the French Embassy in Vienna. Olivier holds a degree in Expertise - Contrôle from Paris ESLSCA Business School.
