Samantha Guy

Samantha Guy is currently the People Director for the UK and Ireland at Sanofi, having previously served as the Global Employee Experience Director. With extensive experience in human resources, Samantha has held roles such as HR Director for both Corporate and Creative divisions at Merlin Entertainments, where they shaped global HR strategies and led diversity and inclusion initiatives. Earlier in their career, Samantha worked as an HR Advisor at BK Bluebird, supporting recruitment and employee relations. They earned a PGDip in CIPD from Solent University and a BA (Hons) in Business with Law from Kingston University.
