Sophia Houziaux

Sophia Houziaux possesses extensive experience in strategic project management, particularly within the realm of people insights and digital transformation at Sanofi since December 2011. Currently serving as the People Insights - Strategic Projects & Products Lead, Sophia focuses on developing roadmaps for democratizing people insights, implementing technology-driven solutions, and facilitating change management for the People & Culture team. Previous roles include Industrial Affairs HR - Excellence Operational Manager, Tax Department - Digital Transformation Manager, Project Leader in Transfer Pricing, and Project Manager in the Treasury Department, all at Sanofi. Earlier, Sophia worked as a Project Manager at ACA, managing SWIFT and SEPA projects, and as an IT Project Manager at DTZ, overseeing CRM implementation. Sophia holds a PhD in Particle Physics from Université Joseph Fourier and a DEA from Faculté des Sciences de Rabat.
