Xaviette Pointer-Kincy

Xaviette Pointer-Kincy, M.Ed, currently serves as the Field Medical Training & Operations Lead at Sanofi, with previous roles including Field Project Manager and Community Relations & Education Manager. Since November 2019, Xaviette has engaged with hemophilia advocacy organizations and conducted wellness and product education programs. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Care Coordinator at Matrix Health Group, overseeing the NC & SC territories, and providing case management services for Biogen in various roles focused on rare diseases and hemophilia. Xaviette's career in mental health includes positions as Mental Health Case Manager and Program Manager, with responsibilities for managing facilities and staff in mental health agencies. Xaviette holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from North Carolina Central University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Strayer University. Currently, Xaviette is a Doctor of Management candidate at the University of Phoenix.
