Yen Phan, PharmD, has extensive experience in clinical pharmacy and medication therapy management, with a focus on pediatric and community health. From July 2021 to June 2023, Yen served as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Texas Children's Hospital, providing comprehensive pharmacy support across various departments including the Infusion Center and Emergency Room.
