Sanoh Industrial Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based manufacturer of automobile parts. The Company's main products consist of vehicle plumbing products, including pipes used for brakes and fuels; brazed products for engine systems, which are used for fuel injection, cooling water circulating and oil cooling; resin products, such as quick connectors and resin tubes, as well as vehicle safety products applied for seat belts. The Company manufactures and sells its products through its subsidiaries and associated companies, which are located in Japan, the North and South Americas, Europe, China and other countries in Asia. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 35 subsidiaries and three associated companies.
