Khadya D. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and contract law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for IPR and Contract Law at Sanoma Learning since January 2024, Khadya has previously held significant roles such as Contract & IP jurist at UMC Utrecht and Jurist at Vakbond de Unie. Earlier experience includes the position of Bedrijfsjurist at De Visser en Kant administratie & bewindvoering. Khadya also contributed as a Peercoach at the University of Amsterdam, assisting students and developing workshops. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in National and International Contract Specialist from Grotius Academie, alongside an L.L.M. in Information Law and a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam.
