Mandy is currently the Chief People Officer at SanoRice Holding B.V. and also owns their HR consultancy firm, Amare People. Mandy is experienced in setting up and optimizing HR processes to align with strategic goals. Mandy's previous roles include SR HR Business Partner and Head of HR/Manager positions in companies like Ultimaker and Ballast Nedam. Mandy has a Drs degree in Orthopedagogy from Radboud University.
