Sihle Mnqokoyi

Sihle Mnqokoyi is a Candidate Engineer with a strong background in structural engineering and project design, currently engaged with Naidu Consulting (Pty) Ltd as a Candidate Engineer focusing on Planning and Design Structural Secondment since April 2025. Sihle has been with SANRAL as a Candidate Engineer in Planning and Design since July 2021, contributing to various contracts including SANRAL Contract No: R. 062-060-2018/1. Previous experience includes a role at iX Engineers (Pty) Ltd from October 2023 to March 2025, where Sihle monitored geotechnical and structural works under SANRAL Contract No: N. 002-250-2024/1, and served as a Candidate Engineer at HHO Consulting Engineers from April 2022 to October 2023, focusing on the design and optimization of structures like culverts, retaining walls, and bridges.
