Megan Steed

Megan Steed has extensive experience in academic advising and student support, currently serving as a Student Advisor at SANS Technology Institute since November 2022. Prior roles include Academic Counselor Senior at the University of Louisville, where responsibilities encompassed providing customer service to a diverse caseload of 300 students, monitoring enrollment and retention, and leading New Student Orientation for over 500 students annually. Previous positions also include Academic Advisor at the University of Tennessee, Graduate Assistant at the University of Louisville's Career Development Center, and internships focused on student onboarding and success initiatives. Megan holds a Master of Education in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee.
