Rakesh Kumar

Rakesh Kumar is an accomplished professional in the field of post-production and animation, currently serving as the Head of Post Production at SANSKRITI since February 2025. Prior to this role, Rakesh held the position of Head of Design and Animation at 91social from July 2021 to February 2025, along with experience as Technical Head of Animation - Motion Graphics at Neural Hive Technologies. Rakesh's extensive background in animation includes significant contributions to Moppet Animation Studio as VFX Lead and Senior Faculty, focusing on numerous projects including Byju's Study Content videos and various explainer videos. Early career experiences involve freelance work on notable films such as “Ghayal Once Again” and positions at multiple animation studios, where Rakesh specialized in camera tracking and 3D motion. Rakesh holds a degree in BTS and a postgraduate diploma in Tourism Studies and Visual Effects from IGNOU and TAKSHAA.
