Gina Danko

Gina Danko joined Sansone Group in 2016 and oversees the operations of the Residential Department as well as a portfolio of residential properties throughout the state of Missouri.

Gina is responsible for facilities management, property compliance and administration. Ms. Danko has worked in the field of residential property management since 1986 and has experience in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Section 8 project-based housing large capital projects, renovations, new construction, and multi-family conventional. Gina has experience in diverse management including garden style, mid-rise, and high-rise apartments.

Ms. Danko is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker and has completed numerous courses specific to the Property Management Industry, LIHTC and Fair Housing. Additionally, she was previously the President of the St. Louis Apartment Association.
