Bridgette Bugay

Bridgette Bugay is the Founder and Consultant at BGB Consulting, established in October 2019, specializing in enhancing communication and impact for various organizations. Currently serving as a Program Officer for the Santa Barbara Foundation, Bridgette is dedicated to improving well-being in Santa Barbara County. Extensive experience includes roles as Team Lead and Technical Consultant at Rain Barrel Communications, overseeing international development projects with UNICEF and UNFPA, and providing impactful CSR strategies as an Impact Strategist for Keep The Change. Previous positions encompass Senior Program Manager and Communications Manager at Open Road Alliance, Creative at WITNESS, and various communications roles at Invisible Children Inc. Bridgette holds a Master's degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science and another from the University of Southern California, complemented by undergraduate degrees from UC San Diego.
