Shaun Reed P.e.

Shaun Reed, P.E. is a Sr. Mechanical Engineer with experience in designing vacuum-compatible blackbody prototypes and custom collimator systems for electro-optical systems. Shaun is also the Co-Founder of Vertical Designs, LLC where Shaun has worked on projects such as automatic pour-over coffee machines and motorized rock climbing walls. With a background in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, Shaun has worked in various engineering roles including at CMC Rescue, Inc. and the Bureau of Reclamation. Additionally, Shaun has experience as a sponsored rock climber for The North Face.
