Todd Aldrich

Todd Aldrich grew up in the Milwaukee, WI area. His mother inspired in him a love for singing and symphonic music. She was the featured soloist in his neighborhood church choir and wrote reviews of the local symphony performances for the newspaper. Todd graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and while still licensed to practice law in MN, is retired from active practice. Prior to attending law school as an older student – he passed the bar exam at age 60! – he served in senior leadership roles in emerging and growth companies in health care, medical technology, banking, and insurance. He also has extensive experience as a private equity investor. Helping companies start up and grow as an executive or as a member of their Board has helped him provide more effective advice and counsel because he has “been there and done that” for organizations who face similar business challenges and risks.

Todd’s area of interest includes business and marketing strategy, branding, business development, board governance, administration, human resources and benefits, and union negotiations.
