The Leadership Team at Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union, also known as County Federal, is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the overall operations of the credit union. This team, comprised of senior executives and vice presidents, ensures the delivery of exceptional financial solutions and services to members, while fostering the County Federal Experience. Their roles include managing core systems, human resources, accounting and finance, information technology, lending, brand management, member experience, and organizational development to drive member empowerment, community outreach, and sustained growth.
