Barry Stallard

Barry Stallard is a seasoned fire service professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Specialist at Santa Clara County Fire Department since May 2017, Stallard previously held the position of Division Chief at San Jose Fire Department from 1986 until retirement. Stallard's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Trade and Industrial Teacher Education from San Jose State University, earned between 1976 and 1980.
