Connie Kay

Connie Kay, LCSW, currently serves as Supervisor of Case Management at Santa Clara Family Health Plan since January 2021 and is the owner of Lotus Heart and Mind, a private psychotherapy practice supporting couples, individuals, and people in recovery. With a robust background that includes roles as a Field Instructor at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and VITAS Healthcare, as well as experience as a Medical Social Worker at Hospice of the Valley and Hospice of Santa Cruz, Connie has demonstrated expertise in clinical supervision and counseling, particularly with at-risk populations. Education includes an MSW in Aging Studies from San Jose State University and a BA in Humanities and Psychology from New College of San Francisco. Connie holds several certifications, including Certified Trauma Sex Therapist and Gottman Trained Therapist.
