Yareny Millare

Yareny Millare possesses extensive experience in social and community services, demonstrating a strong background in case management, client advocacy, and program coordination. Currently serving as a Supervisor at Santa Clara Family Health Plan since June 2021, Yareny previously held various key roles at Sacred Heart Community Service, including Family Assistance Director and Homelessness Prevention and Housing Manager. Additional experience includes positions as a Homeless Prevention Case Manager, Welcome Center Coordinator, and After School Instructor, showcasing skills in housing stability, client education, and team leadership.
