Jason Fitzer

Jason Fitzer, PhD, currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Student Life at Santa Clara University, focusing on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the campus community. In addition to this role, Jason is an academic coach and editor for Heartful Editor, assisting graduate and doctoral students with academic writing and the thesis/dissertation process. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at San Diego State University, where leadership of a team was essential, and as a Training Specialist at Unit21, responsible for developing customer training programs. Jason has also held roles at Santa Clara University and the University of the Pacific, emphasizing talent management, learning and development, and program oversight. Jason earned a PhD in Education from The University of Georgia and holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
