Lisa Shannon

Lisa Shannon serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University, where instruction focuses on the Social Psychology of Leadership. As the President and Founder of Big Sky Bold, Lisa specializes in business development, sales, digital marketing, and content creation. Lisa also works as a Marketing & Business Development Consultant for Dion Leadership, aiming to foster a motivating work environment. Previous roles include Vice President & Director positions at John Wiley and Sons, where responsibilities encompassed global partner recruitment and brand management, as well as at Pfeiffer, overseeing training and HR development publications. Lisa began a career in publishing with positions at Rizzoli Bookstores and HarperCollins Publishers. Lisa holds a BA in English from Pacific Lutheran University.
