Noel Kreidler

Noel Kreidler is an experienced professional in career development and human resources, currently serving as the Associate Director of Career Development & Campus Integration at Santa Clara University's Career Center since January 2021. In this role, Noel supervises undergraduate Peer Career Advisors and collaborates with the Career Center leadership on campus integration strategies. Prior to this, Noel held the position of Assistant Director, where programs promoting personal and professional development for students were developed. Teaching as an Adjunct Faculty member at Santa Clara University in 2023, Noel instructs business students in foundational professional skills. Previous experience includes owning Kreidler Solutions, working as Senior Director at Project HIRED, and various roles at Intuit and ManpowerGroup. Noel holds a Master of Education in Human Relations and Counseling from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Human Resources from the University of Arizona.
