Rafael Espinosa

Rafael Espinosa is an accomplished information technology executive currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Santa Clara University since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rafael held the position of Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at California State University, Stanislaus from August 2018 to November 2023.
