Abel Castillo

Abel Castillo is an experienced professional in environmental management, currently serving as an Open Space Technician at Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority since March 2021, after previously holding the role of Open Space Aide. Prior to this position, Abel worked as an Academic Counselor for the Y-Scholars Program from August 2011 to May 2017. Abel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley, which was attained between 2009 and 2013, emphasizing a strong foundation in natural resources and environmental stewardship.
