Carmen Narayanan has a background in finance, budgeting, consulting, office management, human resources, and marketing. Graduated with an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Davis, Carmen has worked in various roles such as Financial Planning & Revenue Manager, Budget and Analysis Manager, and HR Manager. Carmen is experienced in accounting, HR & payroll, marketing, sales support, and exhibit management at industry trade shows. Prior to their current role at Valley Water, Carmen worked with local governments in California for utility rate studies.
