Leo Avila has extensive work experience in the advertising and communication industry. Leo started their career at Doisnovemeia Publicidade in 2004 as a Redator, where they worked until 2005. Leo then joined Fermento Soluções em Comunicação as a Redator from 2005 to 2006. Leo Avila continued to gain experience at Lew Lara\ TBWA as an Estagiário de Redação from 2006 to 2007.
