Alexis Lilly has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Operations Partner at Santa Cruz Bicycles since August 2021, following roles as People Operations Specialist and Human Resources Generalist within the same company. Prior to joining Santa Cruz Bicycles, Alexis worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Encompass Community Services from April 2019 to August 2021. Alexis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Management and a minor in Spanish from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2018.
