Jesse Carlin

Jesse Carlin currently serves as the Industrial Design Manager at Santa Cruz Bicycles, leading the Industrial Design team in the development and implementation of design language across the product line since January 2019. Prior to this role, Jesse was an Industrial Designer at Santa Cruz Bicycles, collaborating with the engineering team on full suspension bicycle projects. Jesse's experience includes designing the "Performance Hike" line of hydration packs at CamelBak as an Industrial Designer II and creating steel bicycle frames and components for Surly Bikes while at Quality Bicycle Products. Jesse began the design career as an Industrial Design Intern at Dotz, llc., contributing to various product designs. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
